General Warranty Information
Sound Adapters LLC warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for the periods listed below. Sound Adapters LLC warranties are in effect from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated sales receipt. Warranties are valid for original purchaser only. Sound Adapters LLC will repair or replace defective products during the warranty period, at Sound Adapters LLC’s discretion. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or use of the product in unintended applications. All warranty claims require a return authorization form.
At time of purchase, to the fullest extent permitted by law, customer agrees to indemnify and save Sound Adapters LLC, its employees and agents harmless from claims for death or injury to persons, of loss, damage or injury to property, including the equipment, arising in any manner out of customer's operation of product.
There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth herein. Sound Adapters LLC shall have no liability or warranty covering you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use or inability to use the products, and in all cases, our liability is limited strictly to replacement or repair of the product sold. Sound Adapters LLC is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors, and reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changes in the market or product.

*Featured “Lifetime Warranty” products are covered under a lifetime warranty covering components and manufacturing defects. Sound Adapters LLC will replace or repair defective items at Sound Adapters LLC’s discretion. Products with a Lifetime Warranty are specially marked on our website as such (www.SoundAdapters.com). Otherwise, the above terms will apply.
General Return Information
Return shipments without prior authorization will be refused. Sound Adapters LLC permits Returns/Exchanges within 30 Days of Purchase. BEFORE returning items for any reason, an RA# (return authorization) must be obtained by completing, signing and emailing the form to info@soundadapters.com. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued within 24-48 hours of us receiving the completed form. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be credited less freight (except for in warranty repairs or items shipped in error by Sound Adapters LLC). All credits will be issued back through the method of payment on the order. Refund checks have a $10 processing fee and Wire Transfers have a $25 fee. Custom Items (ie. Cables, Metalwork, Rack Panels) May Not Be Returned. Bulk Cable Cut to Order by the foot is non returnable, nor are Electrical Components or Connectors which have been Installed and/or terminated. Any returns over 30 days are subject to refusal (must be in re-sellable condition). Special Order, Non-Stock items and Drop Shipped items from our vendors may be subject to vendor restocking fees in addition to Sound Adapters LLC’s. Please Note: You have 15 Days to Return the merchandise once a Return Authorization has been issued. The RA# will Automatically EXPIRE after that time and be refused at our dock.
Indemnification
Except for liabilities proven in a court of law to be resulting from Sound Adapters LLC’s negligence, client shall protect, defend, indemnify, assume any liability, save and hold harmless Sound Adapters LLC, its officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from and against any allegations, claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, charges, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' and experts' fees), which may be incurred by or asserted against Sound Adapters LLC ("Liabilities") relating to any product or service covered by this purchase order, including, but not limited to, all Liabilities arising out of, or allegedly based on: (i) any alleged product defect or product liability claim, including, but not limited to, improper or insufficient product labeling, failure to warn or to label; (ii) errors in product literature, including operating instructions parts manuals ("OIPM"); (iii) any product regulatory action; (iv) any actual or alleged violation with respect to any international, federal, state or local treaty, law (including common law), statute, ordinance, administrative order, rule, regulation or regulatory proposition, enactment or resolution ("Laws"); (v) any claim that any product infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or trade dress or any other violation of a third party's proprietary or contract rights.
